As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our staff, customers, and communities. 

At SnooozeWorks, we will be continuing to provide our products and services without change. We're lucky to be in a location with low infection rates and have been maintaining a quarantine since early-March. This has allowed us to remain healthy, safe, and on schedule during this crisis.

In regards to our supply lines, SnooozeWorks sources materials from companies based in the United States, and we've always done our best to follow that policy. It allows us to acquire materials quickly, while also supporting USA-based businesses and getting the highest-quality product to our customers.

To our benefit, USPS is still operating as usual, so our shipping times will remain unchanged at this moment. This may change as the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, but in reaching out to USPS, they have been adamant that they will continue to deliver mail as scheduled. You may see an extra day or two on your shipments, as USPS is very, very busy right now, but rest assured, they will reach you!

In addition to our regular operations, we've been making masks to donate to local hospitals. We'll be posting another story on that whenever this winds down with an exact number of donations, but this is something we're so proud of being able to do. If you, or a loved one, need a mask and have no way to obtain one, please reach out to us. We'll see what we can do to help you get one! 

We hope that all of you are taking this seriously and following the directives put forth by the CDC and WHO. Please, practice social distancing and stay home as much as possible. If you must go out, please wear a mask. It's important to follow these guidelines to help save the lives of your friends, families, and neighbors.

Remember, this is a difficult time for everyone, so be kind to each other!
