What is SnooozeWorks?

We are a brand focused on creating, designing, and producing quality products that we would be happy use ourselves. It all started in a bedroom, and now it's growing into something truly magical.

Where did the name come from?

Snoooze was my name on the internet, and on video games. I adopted it for the business, because it just felt right to carry a piece of my childhood/young adulthood into my professional life moving forward. I never dreamt it would become something like this, though!

Where are you located?

We're located in Dover, New Hampshire (About an hour north of Boston, right near the sea.)


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and direct payment through PayPal.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Not yet! We're hoping to add them early-2019, though!


Where do you ship to?

We ship practically anywhere on the planet.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 days for processing prior to shipment.

Domestic Shipping (within the USA)
Standard Shipping: 2-4 days
Express Shipping: 1-3 days.
International Shipping (varies by country)
Standard International: 1-3 weeks.
Express International: 5-10 days.

I live outside of the USA, will I be charged customs fees or import taxes?

Probably. It varies by country and it's something we can't really keep track of, due to the volume of data and constantly changes. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Every order we ship out is accompanied by a tracking number from USPS. Once your order ships, it will be emailed to you automatically. Please allow 24 hours for the link to update/activate in the USPS system.


What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If there was an error on our end, we'll make things right. 

To return or exchange and item, please follow these steps:

  1. Package up the items safely (preferably in the original mailing tube/box)

  2. Include the packing slip that came with the order, or print a new one from your order details.

  3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost, or we will issue you a re

Do you sell digital files of your posters?

We currently don't release any digital files of prints. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality product we can start to finish, and we can't do that if we aren't printing it ourselves.

The colors look different on my print than they did online. How come?

Colors on prints may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor. This is due to the variances in monitor color settings and combinations. If you're curious before ordering, check the listings on a different device and compare the two.
